Econometric Analysis & Paper Editing

My upcoming series of papers needs a seamless blend of rigorous econometric work and clear academic writing. Every study follows a similar workflow: we set up the empirical strategy, stress-test it from every statistical angle, then translate the findings into polished Methods, Results, and Discussion sections.
Econometric scope
I rely on R, so all estimation, diagnostics, and robustness checks must be fully reproducible in that environment. Typical tasks include unit-root and structural-break tests, ARDL/ECM or VAR/VECM (and, when justified, SVAR, IV, or DiD), plus HAC or other robust error structures. Once the baseline model is solid, I expect systematic robustness exercises—alternative digital-payment indicators, lag-length variations, sub-samples, and placebo or falsification checks—to make the results publication-proof.
Writing & editing scope
After the numbers are final, I need crisp drafting or revision of the Methods, Results, and Discussion so that each section meets journal standards while remaining consistent in tone across papers.
Deliverables for each paper
• Reproducible R scripts (well-commented)
• Publication-ready tables and figures in both Word/LaTeX and high-resolution PNG
• A concise methodological memo explaining every modelling choice
The collaboration spans multiple manuscripts, so clear code organisation, version control discipline, and responsive turnaround times are essential. If you are comfortable moving from deep econometric implementation straight into precise academic prose, this project should be a perfect fit.
