online shop for retail and wholesale

I am looking for someone to develop an online shop for me, where I can sell both retail and wholesale products. The shop should be able to accept both Credit and Debit card payments in a secure manner. Additionally, the online shop should have an inventory management system integrated, so that I can effectively manage my inventory.
