I need a very skilled Virtual Assisstant - E commerce - Coding - Web work

I am looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant who is experienced in coding, web work, and e-commerce. Specifically, I need someone proficient in coding with the ability to complete technical writing assignments as requested. Professionalism, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. I am starting up a soil business and will need you to help me call a few places and find details on soil products, then help scan through an ad listing site like (craigslist) and find truck drivers that can deliver the soil --- Need to find out their prices.
We also need a website setup for the front of the store for selling soil. Ill need help setting this all up. Even maybe somehow automate the process.
