I need Magento 2 to link up with Endicia pro for USPS and worldship for UPS, has to be done on the shipping computer

I am looking for a freelance developer to help me with a project that requires integrating Magento 2 with Endicia Pro for USPS, and WorldShip for UPS, on my shipping computer. Currently I am running the latest version of Magento (Magento 2) and Endicia Pro and WorldShip are already up and running. I do have specific shipping rules to follow when linking these two platforms together, so a carefully thought out implementation plan is needed.
