E-marketplace for a niche project

Iam looking for a developer who can install quickly and personalize a marketplace. Iam buying a license from any recommended platform selling marketplaces themes (Open cart, Woo or any other).
The marketpace is meant to offer a space to sellers to place their items for sale. The platform is addressed to a commercial niche. Needs integration with a courier company and an online payment tool.
I am looking for somebody who already had installed a marketplace and can show it that its running. I had hired before somebody who said can make it quickly and I lost weeks waiting and waiting fo some small settings and he is still struggling. I can't continue that cooperation and Iam looking for somebody to start fresh. The project is for Romanian market, so preferably a Romanian developer. Thanks!
