eCommerce Store - Subscription with custom delivery dates.

I have a requirement for custom fields in an online ecommerce platform - you can provide advice as to which one, and what would work best. Preference would be Wix or Shopify, and could work with Wordpress if no other options.
These are the requirements.
1. The product needs to be billed as a subscription on a monthly basis (minimum 12 months subscription)
2. The customer needs to be able to select up to 5 dates for delivery of the product either at checkout or as part of the product page.
For example, the customer pays 120/Year, or 10/Month, and can choose to have cookies delivered on 5 custom dates throughout the year.
