eCommerce Store Manager - Permanent Job
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our company is currently looking for a new manager within our business of men & womens fashion eCommerce stores.
This role will require the below experience:
- Managing team members
- Leadership
- Work well under pressure/stress
- Good at problem solving
- Shopify experience
- Understanding of order fulfillment and tracking orders
- Understanding of chargeback responses with payment processors
- Recruitment/HR
- Payroll
- Customer service
- Creative / innovative mindset
- Past management experience
Person must be willing to work long/flexible hours as this business operates 24/7 with hundreds of contract workers. Ideally located in the Philippines as our existing teams are based out of this region remotely.
Salary is based on past experience with KPI's being added after the first 1-2 months which will allow for higher on target earnings.
