eCommerce Listings & Management

I’m looking for a dependable partner to run the day-to-day side of my Amazon, eBay and Shopify stores. We have 200+ SKUs live (and growing), so the workload calls for someone who knows Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub and the Shopify admin inside out. Accuracy and speed matter more than fancy copy—though keyword-savvy titles and compliant images are definitely a plus.

Here’s what needs doing and how success will be measured:

• Product listing – Create or clean up listings in bulk or one-by-one, upload compliant images, craft searchable titles/descriptions and map all variants correctly.
• Inventory management – Keep stock levels in sync across the three platforms, update quantities daily, and flag low-inventory SKUs before they run out.
• Order processing – Pull new orders at least twice a day, print shipping labels through the native tools or ShipStation, update tracking promptly, and mark orders fulfilled.

Acceptance criteria
1. No listing errors or suppressed SKUs at the end of each week.
2. Stock discrepancies between platforms kept under 1 %.
3. All orders shipped within 24 hours and tracking uploaded immediately.
