eCommerce & Digital Pharmacy Registration Expert
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Eskag Pharma is seeking an experienced freelancer to assist with registering and listing our brand and products on leading eCommerce and digital pharmacy platforms. This role involves guiding our women’s health products, such as Oral Contraceptive Pills (OCP), Pregnancy Test Kits, and other women-centric products, through the setup and registration processes on multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce portals, digital pharmacies, and the necessary regulatory requirements for registering healthcare products.
Responsibilities:
Platform Registration: Assist in registering Eskag Pharma’s products on major eCommerce and digital pharmacy platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Big Basket, Apollo Pharmacy, HealthKart, Zepto, Tata Cliq, Spencer’s, Netmeds, PharmEasy, MediBuddy, and MedPlus.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all product listings meet platform-specific regulatory, compliance, and documentation requirements, including medical and pharmaceutical guidelines for women’s health products.
Content & Listing Management: Work with our team to create or optimize product descriptions, images, and other listing content to meet platform standards and ensure high visibility and accurate representation.
Liaison with Platforms: Communicate with platform representatives to troubleshoot and resolve any registration or compliance issues, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for each product.
SEO Optimization: Provide recommendations for keyword optimization and other SEO strategies to enhance product visibility on eCommerce and pharmacy websites.
Regular Reporting: Maintain progress records and provide regular updates on the status of registrations, issues faced, and completed tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with brand registration and product listings on major eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart) and digital medicine websites.
Knowledge of compliance requirements for registering pharmaceutical or healthcare products.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different platform representatives.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple platform requirements and ensure each listing’s accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Experience with SEO for eCommerce is a plus.
Additional Information:
This is a remote, freelance role with the potential for extended collaboration depending on project success and business needs. Compensation will be based on experience and project milestones achieved.
