Own overall eCommerce performance and growth

2. Digital Media & Marketing Strategy
Develop and manage digital media strategy across:

Analyze performance using tools such as:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Looker Studio
Behavioral analytics tools

Improve landing pages and site performance
Run A/B tests on:

2+ years experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
Proven experience managing DTC eCommerce businesses
Strong understanding of performance marketing channels
Experience with analytics tools (GA4, dashboards, etc.)
Experience with conversion optimization
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Nice to Have
Experience with behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
Experience managing agencies
Experience in merchandising strategy
Experience with multi-brand environments
Compensation (Updated – High-Tier Version)
$60 – $140/hour (based on experience and performance)
