Smooth customer experiences are critical to maintaining Top Rated status, so clear, friendly communication is a must.
You’ll be working exclusively with fashion SKUs, so an eye for seasonal trends and style terminology will help you create keyword sets and merchandising tweaks that resonate with buyers.
