eBay Seller Account Management -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My eBay store is live, but I need a hands-on specialist to take over day-to-day management so I can focus on sourcing inventory. Order processing and customer support are my top priorities, but the role spans the full seller-hub cycle—from listing setup through weekly performance reviews.
Here’s the workflow I’d like you to run:
• Account setup & optimisation
– Build or refine Seller Hub settings, policies and templates.
– Create and SEO-optimise new listings (titles, descriptions, images) using Terapeak or similar research tools.
• Order management
– Track every shipment until the carrier shows delivery.
– Step in when tracking stalls or an INR case opens, keeping defects off the account.
• Customer communication
– Respond promptly to general inquiries so my message response rate stays within eBay’s standards.
– Escalate pre-sale or post-sale issues to me only when absolutely necessary.
• Health & feedback
– Spot and resolve negative feedback or account warnings before they affect seller level.
• Reporting & improvement
– Each week, send a concise report on sales, traffic, defects, and action items for the coming week. A simple spreadsheet or Data Studio dashboard is fine as long as trends are clear.
Acceptance criteria
1. 100 % tracking uploaded within eBay deadlines.
2. Messages answered inside 24 hours, maintaining top-rated metrics.
3. Listings meet eBay SEO best practices (proper item specifics, mobile-friendly images).
4. Weekly report delivered every Friday, including at least one concrete optimisation suggestion.
If you have experience with Seller Hub, Terapeak, and standard shipping platforms, you’ll feel right at home. Let’s keep the store in top-rated shape and push sales higher together.
