A custom budget down inventory management for dropshipping

We use Ecwid and Wix to manage our dropship website. We're looking to use API (2) from the supplier to stream-line everything. We also use Amazon to sell products. For amazon, we need solutions for auto-editing pricing, auto-removing items, And so many other basic things when it comes to managing inventory.
I have mock images as well for the functions.
Deliverables
Base settings:
The system will check the feed and all other product statuses every 15mins
The supplier feed will have sections labeled amazon_allowed, ebay_allowed, walmart_allowed, jet_allowed. So the system needs to detect which channel is connected to so it doesn't add any items that are restricted (The system needs to be able to remove any items that may become restricted on auto.)
If an item is out of stock. It will not be added to the channel.
If an item becomes out of stock. It will remove the item from the channel.
If the system has trouble connecting to the API. I will need some type of alert.
I will need a section where it will show how many items are supposed to be active on each channel
The dashboard needs some type of log of every event (overall detials) to make sure everything is working well.
Amazon:
If the item has a Potential high pricing error. The system needs to change the markup % from 100%, 80%, 60%, and 40%. If it still has the error then it will remove the item from Amazon.
If an item needs Approval. It will remove the item from Amazon.
If an item is Search Suppressed. It will remove the item from Amazon.
If an item is or becomes 'Details of page removed'. It will remove the item from Amazon.
