E-commerce website for luxury and high society product

I am looking for a skilled and experienced web developer to create an e-commerce website for luxury and high society products. The website should have the following features:
- Product filtering and sorting: Customers should be able to easily navigate and search for products based on various criteria such as price, brand, and category.
- Customer reviews and ratings: It is important for customers to be able to leave reviews and ratings for products, as this will help potential buyers make informed decisions.
- Personalized recommendations: The website should have a recommendation system that suggests relevant products to customers based on their browsing and purchase history.
In terms of payment gateways, I would prefer to integrate Razor-pay as the payment gateway for the website.
I plan to sell less than 50 products on the website.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
