E-commerce website to connect South America to the online retail market of the United States

I want to create a website with vpn installed in so people from South America can access American websites to make purchases with their credit cards, ship the purchases to me and I’ll have them create an account on the website with credit card information so I can charge them for shipping later: I will have categories of items but instead of listings it will be website links. Once the customer orders something they will ship it to me in the USA office and I will ship it to them in my containers to their specific countries to avoid international tax law. In the exchange for my service I will charge $20 processing fee. I want the links to load in the website itself and I will need translation for websites once entered in Spanish or Portuguese. In South America they overcharge for American items such as beauty supplies, clothing and electronics. I believe this market will give them an opportunity to purchase items for cheaper to either enjoy it or resales
