e-commerce store setup

ISO long term partnership with someone who is a master at setting up high conversion e-commerce websites. The platform that I am looking to use is Shopify. I have some ideas for the design and theme of the store, but I am open to suggestions. I also need assistance with adding products and setting up payment gateways. I need someone who knows the ins and outs of designing, building, and maintaining an e-commerce store.
