E-commerce and auction websites for coin and banknote

We're seeking to create an entirely tailored E-Commerce platform to elevate our business. Here's an overview:
Our Business:
Originating in the UK in 2020, we established ourselves as a prominent Ancient coin and Banknote dealer. Our presence has been marked by active participation in diverse online marketplaces, as well as hosting transactions on our independent website.
Objective:
To foster expansive growth, we're committed to crafting a proprietary website that will function as our primary marketplace. This strategic step liberates us from dependency on external platforms, endowing us with full authority over our business operations.
The project:
We need a fully customised E-commerce platform with various features, including:
-Online shop
-Online auction platform
-Archive section (for educational purposes)
-Blog and article pages,
-Newsletter and marketing features
-Any other basic features a website has
-A very strong and well designed dashboard to control and manage the website and business.
-SEO friendly
-Modern and minimal design + UI/ UX friendly
We would like custom coding over using a CMS like wordpress and Shopify, however, we are open to suggestions.
❌We would like the website to be created from the scratch so NO copy and paste (this is a professional project).
Preferred language is Asp.net but as mentioned, we are open to suggestions.
