E-commerce Setup & Page Creation for Buy/Sell/Swap Site

I'm seeking affordable assistance to finalize my website, a buy, sell, swap platform hosted on Dazzly. We've done significant groundwork, including setting up our Stripe payment plan. We need help to create a Home Page, a Disclaimer Page, and to configure our listings page with a $6 charge per advertisement.
Key Tasks:
- Setup of specific pages: Home Page, Disclaimer Page, and other necessary pages
- Configuration of cost for ads on the listings page
- Creation of a category-wise listing on the listings page
- Content placement on the Home Page, which includes information about our site and our contact email
