Wordpress Optimization for WooCommerce launch

I have an ecommerce website that is launching tomorrow. Everything has been configured and tested. My main concern is launching it because we know the traffic will potentially exhaust the resources of the server and crash the site.

We have a maintenance page up right now, so you won't be able to get in without credentials.

Bonus if you have WooCommerce / FooEvents knowledge.
