WooCommerce Store: Immediate Troubleshooting Needed

My WooCommerce online store is experiencing several critical issues that need immediate attention.

1. Delivery Address Issue: I need first and last name index boxes added for recipient's delivery address.
2. Payment Processing Error: An error appears when adding card details for processing payment. It requests the billing delivery address, postcode/zipcode, and suburb, and you cannot proceed with the payment and order.
