Wix Studio Standalone Payment Plugin

I need a Wix Studio expert to develop a standalone payment plugin for my site. The plugin should be able to handle cash transactions, as I am not looking to support online payment methods like credit/debit cards, PayPal, or cryptocurrency at this stage.
