Website and email Merger for small business using wix

My name is Rachel. I have been using wix for many years and have created quite a number of websites. I am a hair stylist and artist in Northern California. Last year I bought a brick and mortar business and now have inventory, employees and multiple websites, emails and domain names ( through Wix) that need to be consolidated and transformed into ONE easy to navigate business website. I need to scale down to only 2 email addresses and I need all of this to operate under ONE all encompassing “Wix premium plan”.

I use external links to connect my clients with products and other stylists.
I do want to keep the blog page and features.
I want to optimize SEO.

I do not need an online store.
I do not need scheduling or appointments.
I do not need client messaging through the website.
I am interested in learning if wix & google work together to offer an automated response service to emails or phone calls generated through the website.

I have a budget of $500- $800 +
I work best through text, phone call and hands on learning, so if we can google chat and screen share Im best with that.
I work on a tight schedule at the salon, my most flexible days for communicating on this project are Monday, Tues, and Thursday.
