Website Payment System/ Policy Improvement

We are running a digital store - Game Accounts called Peloq Game Store url: peloq.com.
We currently want to improve our Policy and check out payment to win disputes from banks and do it the correct way (collect and send all necessary information). Current provider is stripe. Additionally for Payment System we want to add Gpay, Amazon Pay and others. (Location Europe - Cyprus).
