Web development and design on Big Commerce

I would like to get a web developer who is proficient in coding and programming to help my web store function correctly.
My site is on Big Commerce.
The site is for watch parts, and I will be uploading huge amounts of parts that we sell.
There might be up to half a million products on the site.
I need a very good search engine program, so when a customer enters a model or item number, all relevant items, and relevant items only, should show up.
I would like to keep the current design and logo, but am open to some improvements.
