Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I control four premium domains—Vegas.casino, Strip.center, One.Realtor and Bot.Inc—and I’m ready to transform each into a revenue-producing site. I’ll manage content, promotion and day-to-day operations; you handle all technical work, from planning through launch and maintenance. In exchange, I’m offering you a true 25 % ownership share in the venture we build together.
The only core service I’m certain about right now is showcasing Consulting services, yet I’m wide open to your advice on additional features—be that a booking engine, e-commerce cart, lead-capture funnel or something completely different. I’m a fast learner, so feel free to steer the conversation if another model makes more sense.
Initial milestone
• Pick one domain and draft a short concept (target market, monetisation path, feature list, basic wireframe).
• Build and deploy a working MVP on secure hosting with SSL, analytics and foundational SEO.
• Set up version control and give me full access to code, server and documentation.
Acceptance criteria
1. Live, responsive site on the chosen domain.
2. Page loads under three seconds (GTmetrix).
3. Admin dashboard I can operate without touching code.
4. Clear hand-over documents: repo URL, credentials and build steps.
Tech stack is your call—WordPress, React, Laravel, Shopify or something custom—as long as it’s robust, scalable and profitable quickly. Once the first site gains traction, we’ll rinse-and-repeat for the remaining domains; your 25 % equity carries across each project we launch together.
