I am looking for a web developer to create a custom-built e-commerce web application with the following requirements:

Specific Features:
- One of the main features we require is user registration functionality. Users should be able to create accounts, log in, and manage their profiles.
- Additionally, we would like to integrate a payment gateway to facilitate secure online transactions.
- While not a priority, it would be beneficial to have the option for live chat support for customer inquiries and assistance.
