Transactional fees related to a wordpress plugin
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have a wordpress application that has been developed to give an eco-friendly packaging option when ordering online. This plugin is added on the websites of the client companies. Here is an overview of the plugin design. Also, here is a video that shows the plugin.
In fact, I can replicate the process for you:
1- The company purchases x amount of eco-friendly bag for their e-commerce site.
2- Once the company has purchased eco-friendly bags, it wants to make them available when its consumers buy on its website
3- The company downloads the plugin that gives consumers the possibility to choose our eco-bag when they finish their order (it's a pop-up that allows them to add the eco-bag to their cart)
4- In their cart, the consumer will see their items added in addition to the eco-bag for a cost of $3.
5- The portion that is missing to develop is the payment division. In fact, I would like to be reimbursed automatically for each eco-bag sold during the month through monthly invoices.
In short, if a consumer takes this packaging option, it will cost them $3. So, the customer will have their entire order displayed in their cart and they will see the extra $3 for the eco-bag. To simplify things, I would like the order amount to be transferred as usual to the customer company and the $3 to be transferred to me. I've looked into it and I think it would require logging into the api of the customer's site and each month, kind of like a transactional fee, the total amount of orders with an eco-bag would automatically be transferred to me. I think it's the same principle as that one: https://apps.shopify.com/event-ticketing?locale=fr.
The company pays $1 per ticket sold
