Traditional Transport & Kente Website Redesign
Budget: $250 – $500 USD
I’m ready to replace my current site with one that truly represents my new venture: a private transport and tourism service that also sells authentic Kente cloth online. The single platform must feel unmistakably cultural and traditional, using colour palettes, patterns or imagery that echo Ghanaian heritage while still looking polished on all devices.
Core requirements you’ll build in: an e-commerce area where visitors can browse Kente products, place items in a shopping cart and create user accounts for faster checkout and order tracking. Alongside that shop I need clear, compelling pages covering airport transfers, international tours and custom travel packages, plus an easy way for clients to request quotes or make bookings.
I’ll provide existing text, photos and logo files; you will migrate anything worth keeping, rewrite or re-structure where necessary, and set up a content-management system so I can add tours or fabrics myself later. Choice of platform is up to you—WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify or another modern stack—so long as it stays fast, secure and simple for me to maintain.
Deliverables
• Fully responsive website reflecting a cultural & traditional aesthetic
• Integrated shop with shopping cart and user-account functionality configured and tested
• Transport/tour pages with enquiry or booking form connected to my email
• Migration of existing content and basic on-page SEO carried over
• Short hand-over guide or call showing me how to update products and pages
Additionally, include a statement informing prospective clients that payment arrangements are available for Ghana tours.
If this sounds like a project you can bring to life, let’s talk timelines and the best way to showcase both the journey and the fabric.
