Traditional Style E-commerce Site Development

I'm looking for a skilled web developer to build a classic and traditional styled e-commerce website from an existing database of 3000 products. The website will need to include:

- Shopping cart integration with discount codes and shipping calculations
- Links to MYOB warehouse database
- Ongoing promotions (5 on the landing page, updated monthly)
- Specials page
- Members access area with order history
- Ongoing security updates

I have created an example of how I would like the website to function and have additional website examples for reference.
