I’m getting ready to launch a Shopify storefront dedicated to digital products—my catalogue will focus on “clothes,” meaning customers will purchase downloadable files rather than physical garments. I need a freelancer who can set up the entire store from scratch, configure the theme, organise product pages for instant file delivery, and make sure payment, tax and email workflows are all ready for launch.
Here’s what I consider a successful hand-off:
• A branded Shopify theme customised to match a simple style guide I’ll provide.
• At least five sample “clothing” products uploaded with correct pricing, imagery/mock-ups, description copy and automatic digital download settings.
• Checkout, tax and shipping (set to “no shipping”) logic double-checked and working.
• Email notifications tweaked so customers receive a clean order confirmation plus a secure download link.
• Basic homepage, about, FAQ and contact pages filled with placeholder text I can change later.
• A quick screen-share walk-through or concise video so I understand how to add more products the same way.
