Sync existing online website products with facebook and instagram shop catalogs

I have a jewellery website I built with Wordpress using WooCommerce and would like to sync the products to my facebook and instagram shop catalogs to save time so I only have to add product once. I have basic website building skills but just need short term assistance to set this up so that I can then maintain it as I find the Meta Business Manager confusing. The Instagram shop is already up and running but I haven't set up the facebook shop catalog yet.
