Stripe deve

I have this marketplace https://Inasbay.com (still in development) using cs cart multi vendor plus version and I integrated Stripe Connect so that vendors can connect their own stripe accounts and the customers pay once and the money is split automatically between the marketplace commission and the vendors money. I have these subscription plans https://inasbay.com/pricing/ (Bronze free but with 15% commission on every sale to the marketplace, Silver Plan100$/Month +10% commission on every sale, Gold Plan 250$/Mon + 5% commission on every sale , and Platinium Plan at 1000$/Month with 0% commission.
I already got one vendor stripe account connected, how can I implement automatic payment with these plans.
