HELP NEEDED! We have launched our Squarespace website with Donation buttons and a Cart for our event. We are using Squarespace payments. Everything checked out prior to launch - all buttons and the cart were working. We launched Tue 7/23; we have our SSL. Today 7/26 we tried to collect payouts with no luck. We then discovered neither our cart or donation buttons are working, site wide. Please see attached error msg. Guessing that we have been disconnected somehow from SQ. Payments, although we are green to accept payments and receive payouts. We need our cart working by AUG 1ST! Thanks.
