Squarespace Store & Speed Fix

My Squarespace site is already live, but the store page still isn’t doing what I need. I’m an author and want to sell both my e-book and paperback editions directly from the site. The platform’s own setup guide leaves me stuck part-way through, so products, prices, sale prices and the all-important “Buy Now” buttons still have to be added and connected up properly.

Beyond the store, the site itself feels sluggish—especially on mobile—and the scroll from the header down to the footer now stutters instead of gliding. I’m not looking for a redesign; I simply want these issues repaired so visitors can browse smoothly and purchase in a couple of clicks.

Key outcomes I’m expecting:
• A functional store page with my books listed as separate e-book and paperback options, correctly priced (including sale pricing) and ready for checkout.
• Clean, intuitive “Buy Now” buttons that go straight to the payment flow.
• Noticeable speed improvements on mobile and desktop, plus restored smooth scrolling throughout the site.

Ensure smooth scrolling from the top of the site to the footer for a seamless user experience.
