Shopify E-commerce Manager

I'm seeking an experienced e-commerce handler to assist with the forefront operations of my online store which exclusively deals in physical products. An expert who can efficiently manage product inventory, process online payments, and track order shipments is essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management: You must have a system for keeping track of stock levels, updating them as needed, and forecasting future needs based on sales trends.
- Online Payment Processing: Ensure seamless transactions for our customers. You must understand how to deal with common issues such as transaction failures or payment disputes and should be comfortable using Shopify's built-in payment gateway.
- Order Shipment Tracking: You're expected to handle all aspects related to shipping including setting up tracking for all outgoing orders, ensuring they reach the customers on time, and resolving any issues in transit.
As this role is central to the functionality of the business, prior proven experience with Shopify is crucial. Demonstrable proficiency with inventory management tools, online payment systems, and understanding of logistical operations pertaining to order shipment tracking within the Shopify platform would be advantageous.
