The project involves:
Step 1: Setup Phase:
Website Creation: Design and optimize a professional website tailored to white-label business needs.
Product Hunting: Identify and select high-potential white-label products for the business.
Social Media Setup: Create and optimize my social media accounts, listing the selected products to build an online presence.
Step 2: Marketing and Testing Phase
Advertising: Launch advertising campaigns to test the selected products.
Product Testing: Analyze the performance of the products through these campaigns.
Scaling Winning Products: Scale products with the best performance to maximize profits.
Step 3: Optimization and Scaling Phase
Website Optimization: Continuous optimization of the website for better performance and user experience.
Advanced Marketing: Implement advanced marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Supply Chain Management Plan: Plan to optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery including pick, pack and ship. (we can hire a third party to handle supply chain- I am open to your suggestions for this important part of business and how it should be done efficiently and seamlessly).
Customer Support Setup: Establish a robust customer support system to handle inquiries and issues.
I expect frequent updates on the progress of product testing, advertising campaigns, and performance metrics, and overall progress.
I will own the website and all its content.
I will own all the marketing materials created during the contract term.
