Shopify Price Inquiry Integration

I'm looking to add a feature to my Shopify store that allows customers to request pricing on high-value items. The main purpose of my store is to sell products, though some are high-value and require a more tailored enquiry process, with no price.

Key Requirements:
- Implement a 'Price on Request' feature for high-value items only
- Ensure this feature doesn't affect the general shopping experience for other products
- When customers click on a high-value item, they should be able to submit a price request form
- The form should be user-friendly and should capture necessary details such as customer name, email, and a message
- Once a customer submits a request, I should receive an email notification with the submitted details
- Ideally, the feature should have a simple backend where I can review and manage these requests
