Shopify Migration for Existing Website & Store

I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to transition my current website (including a web shop with an integrated payment gateway linked to our physical store hosted on Lightspeed) to the Shopify platform. The aim is to retain the content, appearance, and functionality of the site as closely as possible to its current state. See peels.co.za for existing website.

Key Requirements:
- Complete transfer of visual design, content, and features to Shopify
- Potential simplification of the site for improved speed and reduced maintenance needs, subject to prior discussion and agreement
- Minimal use of plugins, only utilizing them when absolutely necessary
- Full integration of the payment gateway from scratch
