Shopee Retail Store Setup

I’m launching a new retail venture and have chosen Shopee as the sole sales channel. The store has not been opened yet, so I need end-to-end assistance—from registering the account through to the first wave of live products and basic promotional settings.

Here’s what I expect at a minimum:
• Store creation with branding elements (logo, banner, concise profile copy).
• Upload and optimise an initial batch of products (images, SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, correct variations, price, stock).
• Configure logistics, payment, and chat settings so orders can be processed immediately.
• Activate core Shopee marketing tools—vouchers, free-shipping campaigns, and at least one paid ads group—to make sure traffic starts flowing.
• A brief hand-over guide that explains where to update products, read analytics, and adjust promotions on my own.

Everything must comply with Shopee’s current policies, and the final hand-over point is a store that’s publicly visible, fully functional, and ready to accept orders without further edits.
