Shop Sales Control Website and Display - READ DESCRIPTION!!
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello Freelancers,
The project is quiet straightforward if you have the right experience
a little Background of our business, we're a Clothing Store in UAE
in the Front End we need to have a Display of All our products
You'll get many categories in the Homepage
Main Categories: Clothes - Shoes - Bags - Accessories
Inside these You'll have the option to filter by Brand, Type, Sizes
a Price won't be mentioned there.. It's just a Layout showing all products related to the same category
Each product if you click on it you'll be able to see all the photos attached to it and an option to place an order (By Employees only)
So to place an order you need to be an Employee (Password or something)
While Creating the order (Cart)
The employee must select the Buyer (Whether it's a Shop Customer, or a dealer from the list that we have)
Payment method that has been done (Cash, Card or Hold) as we give our dealers the option to pay later
Also to select the item size and quantity and the Price of the Item that has been sold
Going now to the Backend where all the magic is happening
a straight forward method to log in all the items that we have in stock (Pictures, Price, Cost and quantity per size and of course the category that the item falls into)
the cost shall be shown only to the MAIN ADMIN - not all employees
An Export option shall be allowed for the main admin to export sales to Excel, these functions must be available:
1. Code of the Item
2. Brand Name
3. Type (T-shirt, Short, Shoes, Swimming Short,,, etc)
4. Item Name
5. Sold Price
6. Cost
7. Buyer (Shop customer or dealer name)
8. Status (Paid/Card Payment or on Hold)
The employees panel shall include the option to modify an order (Change it to paid/ Change Selling Price/ Cancel it)
Also the main admin should be able to extract a list of the available items and remaining quantity by size
The website is quiet straightforward, yes we do ask for a lot of customizations but I believe that these are easy to handle
The first demo of the website and design shall be provided in max 1 week
Total duration of the project shall be discussed with the Freelancers
Price: I'm expecting a cost between 100-150$ - Hopefully we get bids in that range
Professional work and insuring no errors is a must!!
