Shippo - need help setting up shipping

Shippo white label is already integrated into the website. We are having problems with setting up shipping. Goods will be shipped from Northern Mariana Islands. Northern Mariana Islands is part of US. Shippo customer service have confirmed that Shippo can be used with USPS to get live rates, but not with other shippers. For other shippers like DHL, individual customer accounts can be linked to Shippo.
Can you fix the problem by setting up shipping using USPS?
