Shipping Ecommerce Site Assistance (In Italy

We are looking for a resource to support our shipping site. We are a comparator like Packlink and the like. Every day from our site customers make
hundreds of shipping orders.
We need a resource to answer support questions in Italian.
Obviously the resource will have a paid training period.
The resource can choose to work 3 hours a day -> 9.30
-12.30 or from 15.00 - 18.00
Or 6 hours a day, from Monday to Friday.
The type of salary is up to now. The type of work is FULL REMOTE, ie totally remote.
From the beginning you will be supported by senior personnel who will help you in training.
The use of the Italian language only is expected.
