Set up online Store

I have a physical Store in New York City. I wish to move my Physical store to a online platform. The Free Lancer I am looking for needs to provide a online platform (Create a website linking the website with online distributors such as Amazon/Ebay/Etsy Etc) . Also the free lancer must be able describe and explain the shipping services that will be needed for the online store. I will provide Pictures of the products and other information needed to the Free Lancer
