Sales Consulting to optimize sales, evaluate & train sales team at online School for Regenerative Agriculture

We are an online school for Regenerative Agriculture, offering high-ticket courses (the average course bundle is 3,500USD). We currently don't have a trained sales team but operate with personnel that does customer support and answers questions from potential clients. We sell online, directly to consumers (D2C). We do most of our sales during the 4 Promos that we perform throughout the year (every 3 months)., where we offer different course bundles at a very discounted price.

We want someone experienced to evaluate our existing processes, create processes and scripts for our sales team, train our personnel to perform sales, and evaluate their performance.
