NM Registered Agent for My LLC

We are seeking a reliable and experienced registered agent to assist with the formation of an LLC in New Mexico. The ideal candidate will provide essential registered agent services to ensure compliance with state requirements. Please ensure you meet the following responsibilities before applying:
Responsibilities:
Service Offering: Provide comprehensive registered agent services, including the receipt and forwarding of legal documents, compliance reminders, and mail handling.
Cost Structure: Offer clear and transparent pricing, with fees billed either annually or monthly.
Additional Responsibilities:
Notification Process: Promptly notify the client of received documents and provide online access to these documents through a secure portal.
Urgent Document Handling: Manage urgent or time-sensitive documents to ensure they are addressed promptly.
Compliance Management: Provide reminders and support for meeting important compliance deadlines, including annual reports and other required filings.
NOTE:
You have to have a physical address in NM and be physically present at this location during standard business hours.

The price listed for this project will be for the services the person will do annually, means that I'm willing to pay around 120$/year of services (and to mention the work wont be much in the beginning how ever if the the work was much the price can go up)
