Physical Product XML Catalogue Creation

I'm looking for an expert who can design an XML file with a comprehensive list of my physical products. These should be structured in such a way that fits an online store platform. The specific information to be included for each product was not defined in the project brief, therefore the bidder should be adaptable and capable of including a variety of elements such as Name, Description, Image and Price, as required. Excellent knowledge of XML formatting, online store platforms, and product cataloguing is a must.
