Pet Products Shopify Store Management

Before you read, please beware this is a one-man business, and not scaled enterprise.

I need someone to run my Shopify dropshipping store. The store is specialized in selling cats products and accessories (none-food). It's fully setup with Facebook Ads and pixel all in place and configured. The person I need will be responsible for the operations:

* content creating: blog, different social media channels
* source and advertise products
* receive and process orders

Please propose the collaboration model:
* price structure (ideally I don't want to pay if there is no revenue)
* term
* services you can offer
