Packlink pro shipping integration for Opencart 3.x

Looking for someone who can adapt an integration for Opencart, which currently is available only for other eCommerce platforms (Prestashop, Woocommerce,....).
In short, the integration works as follows:
The Backend shows a list of different carriers (TNT, UPS, .....) and their services (express, standard, ...). The list is predetermined by Packlink; I don't know if the list is hardcoded in the integration, or if it fetches the list each time I connect packlink. From this list I can choose (enable/disable) the ones I like to work with, respectively, which ones have to be show in the checkout process. Also, there are some basic settings like pickup (sender's) address, API key and order state once the order has been placed.
Once a customer goes to the checkout, the integration must send the total weight, package dimensions and destination address to Packlink. Packlink then returns the available carriers and the shipping costs for the carrier. These carriers and it's shippingcost are displayed in the checkout, and the user can select the prefered carrier.
Once the order is placed, the integration sends all required information to packlink, and packlink generates the shipping label (which I then can pay and download on their website)
