PHP/HTML Webshop for Physical Products

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a PHP/HTML webshop to sell physical products. The webshop will focus on B2B clients and should be designed as an extension of our existing website, stage-drapes.nl. The goal is to keep costs low initially while ensuring scalability for future growth.
This project will exist in the design, frontend, and backend.

Design:
Based on the website stage-drapes.nl

Webshop Script:
- A PHP/HTML website
- For 5 products now, expandable to 25 products
- Integration of PayPal and Ideal payment gateway
- The website should be fast and easy to use
- Only B2B clients, netto prices behind a login
- Discounts based on clients
- No external hosting, so no external software
- 2 more languages will be added later
- The webshop is an extra service for our clients, so we want to keep the costs low initially to see if this will create more business
- Customers cannot change their info (only password)
- This website will be a separate website on shop.stage-drapes.nl
- No invoice generation by the webshop

Pages on the Webshop:
- Home page: Grid layout with products and welcome text
- About Us: Text and picture content
- Contact Page
- Register Page: Includes password creation and email address verification
- Cart Page and Checkout Page: Supports Ideal or credit card payments

Product Page Details:
Preferably with the use of a database. The page will include:
- Name, base price, tiered pricing (per piece/per box), single photo (no zoom), tags for sorting

Customer Information Management:
Fields include Name, Company Name, Address, VAT Number, COC Number, Email Address (for invoices), Password (hidden), Discount Rate, Delivery Costs

Checkout Page Features:
- Discount when paying online
- Pickup date/delivery date options
- Delivery costs (set in account)
