Outsourced E-commerce/Tec assistance team

Hi,
We are looking to hire an outsourced team to work as the technical and support and online assistants arm of our organisation.
Working hours will be 1200-0400 ICT 14x7x365
Your organisation will manage staff (minimum of 3 trained for the role) You would also need to offer succession planning / sickness/holiday cover. All agents would need to have the required core competencies _ we will deliver full training and support to get staff up and running on all existing and new project we will also make sure we are available to offer direction
Required knowledge
Wordpress - Website development and managment - All staff
Woo commerce - store management - All staff
Shopify - Store set up and management - All staff
Android - Technical support (intermediate / advanced) - All staff
Graphic design. (1 staff)
The required people will have business level English and the team head be educated to degree level in a computer technology discipline. All staff will available to handle support will have a can do attitude.
This is an ongoing permanent role. You will be on call and expected to handle customer support chats in <1 minute. Our current team has been working with us for around 3 years
Pricing for the project will be $1000-$1200 monthly please submit your fixed price quote to be considered
